The following are the Visa Europe program requirements:
- Must be a new BoldDesk customer (previous and current BoldDesk customers are not eligible).
- Companies must have less than $10 million in funding or fewer than 100 employees.
The Visa Europe program is available for all team plans.
After you have applied, BoldDesk will contact you through email to inform you of the status of your application and the information needed to get started.
If you are not eligible for the BoldDesk Visa Europe program, you are welcome to sign up for a free trial. If you are sure you’d like to use BoldDesk, check out our pricing options.
If your requirement exceeds 25 agents, please contact our team.
The BoldDesk team will contact you 60 days before your free year is over. You will be given the option to pay for a continued subscription. If you do not wish to convert your subscription to a paid plan, you can cancel it.
Your subscription will renew at BoldDesk’s regular price. If you choose a yearly payment plan, that price is 20% lower than the monthly payment plan.
The BoldDesk EULA will apply. You must ensure you abide by all of the terms. Any false statements about funding criteria or revenue details will result in the withdrawal of any applied discounts, and you may be asked to reimburse BoldDesk for any discounts received as a consequence.
